Running by John Stanton is a very inspirational book and will change your life for the better if you follow its program. Read it and join a run club near you (like the Running Room) and you won't regret it.

A great resource for the beginner or beginning again runner! Excellent running plans for the 5 km, 5 km advanced, 10 km and marathon runners.
