I'm sorry to see so many people were expecting a comedy with these two actors, though that's understandable. The movie is brilliant! Poignant! AND funny as heck in places! (Their duet of Heart to Heart--wow!) The twins are flawed individuals, as they themselves understand, due to their upbringing by troubled parents. Wiig's exceptional acting range is affecting, and Hader's solid all the way. (A more "flat" performance by Wiig is seen in "Hateship/Loveship," another unusual, original, and very good film.) This is drama for grown ups, and it's an uncommonly fine movie.
